Photography for me is more of an emotional experience. I want to capture the emotion of the moment and have the viewer not only see the picture but to actually experience an emotional response as well. I am highly trained in the technical aspect of digital equipment so that it becomes second nature to use. This allows me to concentrate on my surroundings and capture that special moment. It is much easier to be artistic behind the camera when the camera becomes an extension of my senses.

I want my pictures to tell a story and so I have adopted a photojournalist approach to capturing weddings. Of course there is always going to be the traditional approach of posing people, but that is a small percentage overall.

I take great pride in my work and am proud to present the finished product to the bride and groom.
