I'm a wedding, portrait, and event photographer working out of the Fingerlakes region of New York. I'm originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota where I grew up taking pictures of the animals and environment in which I lived. In college where I got a degree in Religious Studies: Human Values (religion, philosophy, and psychology) from Wells College, I began to focus more on people and the human experience.

I specialize in the photojournalistic style of wedding photography: documenting the event without interfering. I shoot weddings and ceremonies throughout the country. I mostly enjoy shooting a type of wedding that I've never seen before. I love the tradition and ceremony of weddings, and love that I get to be with a couple on one of the happiest days of their lives. It's an honor.
