I was born in Chicago and raised by a couple of sentimental romantics who also happened to be hobby photographers and scrapbook nuts. I started a career in broadcasting & film, which gave me a good technical foundation that I still rely on. But what I didn't know yet back then was this: wedding photography was in my blood.
