When it comes to photographing a wedding, it can be, and usually is, one of the most daunting situations a photographer has to deal with. Every wedding presents a totally different challenge in lighting, subject matter, colors, backgrounds, time of day, and don't forget the weather!
The many years I have spent traveling and photographing the world, from the North Pole, to the "Outback" of Australia, to "Carnival" in Rio and many, many more places, has given me the necessary experience to deal with any challenge your wedding may present. My goal as your photographer will be to capture the emotions and memories of your day... not just take a bunch of pictures, but a sequence of photos that tell your story.
My approach to photographing a wedding:
As your photographer, it is my job to record your wedding... not be part of it! I shoot from a distance, staying out of the way, allowing the day to unfold naturally and at its' own pace.
When photographing a wedding, many people (including myself) still feel that Film provides better pictures. I offer both, but recommend Film for weddings.
