"Tracy and Tim were married in early April of 2006 near the Canadian Border. April in the NW is winter-like and often rainy, but we were granted a lovely overcast day with no drizzle - so we hit the beach at Resort Semiahmoo. (I always take my clients outside, rain or shine anyway - have to use all this gorgeous NW scenery!) The day was so foggy and overcast, I could barely see across the water to White Rock, BC Canada - so when the bird started to glide into my camera frame, I excitingly released my shutter knowing that the image now had better dimension and a greater sense of peace and calm on an already still day. I love the way that Tracy had her head turned, noticing the bird - seems like a beautiful connection; a blessing for the couple's wedding day."
