General Article Guideline
The WPD web site is targeted for brides, grooms, wedding photographers, and photojournalists. Our goal is to drive traffic and sales leads to the photographers. We encourage content contributors to write CREATIVE articles for the consumers, but you may also choose to write for the photography industry as well to establish a voice amongst your community, or merely to express expert photography, art, weddings, industry trends and related opinions with inspiring perspectives. We welcome out-spoken or edgy, or simply traditional with informative materials.

Article editorial quality - Our content staff will edit your article where we see fit. Although our intention is always to keep the editorial version closest to the your article's original form; a professional literature and content quality must be maintained by the Wedding Photography Directory's content standards.
Pictures, pictures! - Keep in mind that your article should be pictorial. So if you wish to write about an assignment, or simply wish to use pictures to express your writing, feel free to submit photos. This article is not only an opportunity to showcase your writing, but your photography too.
Rights to reject - We are entitled to reject your submission if the quality of writing is below our standards.
Once your article concept is approved, we will provide you with a loose article submission deadline, in which you will be reserved the pending status of Content Contributor.
