Sounds sexy doesnt it? This story is about sensuality - and finding the sexiness in you on one of the best days of your life.

One may not think about sexy and wedding in the same thought. Of course, there is always the lure of the honeymoon and the anticipation of all that awaits. But let me expand your thinking a bit further:

Bridal Boudoir Photo Montage

Your wedding day is the day you shall look and feel your most beautiful. You have waited months, even years for this day, and prepared everything so carefully down to the last intimate detail. Finallly the moment arrives. Here it IS and you have been laying in bed for hours, waiting for it to get bright outside so you can start getting ready. It is a natural beginning for an amazing and fun experience - Bridal Boudoir Photography.

It sounds sexy because it is. Boudoir comes from the French word "to pout or sulk" and refers to a womans dressing room, bedroom, or private sitting room - all of which can lead to thoughts of beautiful things: the sweet smells, the gentle lighting, the stillness, and the woman inside preparing delicately for something wonderful that is about to happen.

Bridal Boudoir Photography takes place in the privacy of your home, your bedroom, or in the space you choose. It can take many forms depending on your level of comfort or personality. Make it playful or sultry, subtle or shy, or just let it happen. It can take place days or weeks before the wedding day, in your wedding gown or in the nothings that will hide underneath. Or, it can happen on the wedding day itself, right before the hustle and bustle begins. Plan it with just you, or include the groom - when and if the time is right. It can be whatever level, location, and style that fit you. Its not about boas, overdone make-up and soft focus filters any more. All that could be for later. This is for you; you at your best and feeling sexy while creating wonderful images to capture your state of being.

It is also about feeling comfortable with your photographer.

I am a woman and also a photographer. There simply is a comfort level because of that combination that makes another woman feel at ease. I have worked in the wedding photography industry for almost eight years and have been given the generous opportunity to photograph women in all stages of sexy. It is my feeling that every woman wants to be sexy. While that means something different to everyone, the desire to look, feel and be sensual is innate; so why not for your wedding?

I hope that more women can give Bridal Boudoir Photography a chance; an opportunity to show that sexy side of the female gender. The result will be amazing, beautiful photographic memories to keep in a private collection or share with the one you love.

"I will not be a tourist in the world of images, just watching images passing by which I cannot live in, make love to, posses as permanent sources of joy and ecstacy."
- Anais Nin
