I love the motion of her dress and the emphasis on her ink art. I am not a huge fan of tilting unless done with purpose and I personally feel this particular shot could have done without. Other than that, I love everything else about it. Nice work!
Tattooed inspired colors, worked well the way you used it to frame your subject, and highlighting her tatoo in a very charming way that emphasizes her femininity. Having the wind to her back creates a flurriness to her gown contrasting the hard rock surface she's standing on. Posing her in profile position with her hands out at her side creates motion. This photo is filled with action and vitality.
