Wedding Photo Contest ($1,000) Grand Prize Winner

Wedding Photo Contest Winner: Untitled - Joseph Hein, Washington wedding photographer
"Untitled"

Photo Equipment:
Nikon D2X, 12-24 f/4 @ 12mm, ISO 100, 1/250

Notes:
"The image was taken at one of the most famous parks in Seattle and even though we could have gotten an iconic view of the skyline in the background, we chose instead to keep it about the couple, the light, and the composition. I sat on the ground to get a lower camera angle and used a Pocketwizard to trigger a flash mounted on a stand and positioned behind the couple. I used the highest shutter speed possible on my camera when using flash (1/250 sec). 2010 Wedding photography contest winner number 1Ambient light is the setting sun off camera. The aperture was set at f/7.1 and ISO 100."
