6. Anonymous - (4/22/2009 10:00:58 AM) when I saw this photo, I thought that the forest was on fire. I could't focus on the couple because the background is taken away from them. Sorry, I don't like it!

The lighting could seem to make the couple a secondary image in the photo, but the photographer has captured a wonderful moment for this beautiful bride and handsome groom. The bride is so relaxed ( and not stiff or posed as was mentioned earlier ) as her groom leans in to give her what I imagine will be a very sweet and tender kiss. A kiss that's just a heartbeat away! That anticipation is what fills the frame. Then add the exquisite glow that surrounds them, almost seeming to radiate from them, as they begin their journey together through life. This photographer has taken what might have been a very ordinary picture in a very ordinary setting and created a cherished memory for this couple that tells anyone who views it how very much in love they are. Cudos!
4. Karen Whitehead - (3/28/2009 5:20:27 PM) This is a very beautiful photo!!! Well taken capturing the sunny day in the forest. This is the fall forest setting my niece Kelsie & her husband Justin love & wanted for their wedding.

For me - this photo depicts expanding Love and Friendship ,an innner glow, by having the setting sunlight filter through the woods to their the right... not behind them Having the couples torsos just above the burm, simulates their growing up to a new life /beginning just as the saplings around them are doing. The orange glow not only adds to the setting sun but also depicts the approach of fall . Just the the thoughts from a romantic photogrpher searching for brighter days for everyone. PS - In response to the earlier comment - I do not see the couple as being stiff and posed - look at their body posture especially positioning of the feet on the hillside..

Great landscape but I'd like to see a more interesting pose though. The background overpowers the interest in the subject. So long as you were able to also get a more detailed shot of the subject this one probably pairs perfectly with the rest of the shoot. I'd like to see the wedding in it's entirety.
