8. Home Image Photography (WPD Member, WPD Contestant) - (5/25/2009 12:55:13 PM) Good idea, nice tilt and composition, I wish the focus was on the bride's face though.
7. Anonymous - (4/21/2009 3:36:01 PM) There really isn't anything special about this photo to me. Technically flawed. Blown out highlights. Color and continuity is unnotable. The focus was obvious auto focus. Good lines but not especially interesting.
6. Brandon Wright (Outside Contestant) - (4/3/2009 8:04:55 PM) Great composition and pose, but bokeh is ruined by the blown out highlights in the out of focus area. Also, it would have served to have a bit more fill light on the dress. Perhaps a flash bouncing off the ceiling behind the photographer...
5. Critic101 - (3/31/2009 6:41:57 PM) The camera tilt aligns with how the spread of the bride's gown into the lower right foreground, which really emphizes on the "leap" of the bride's posture to open the doors. I would gueest her gawn should covered the entire floor, and provide more continuity while "merged" with the door. However a little gap on the left side between the floor and the door prevented it.
4. Anonymous - (3/27/2009 4:53:32 PM) The photo shows serenity and anticipation in the Bride. The background lighting is beautiful. Pat T
3. gail - (3/27/2009 9:29:30 AM) The strong lines of the window and her verticle arms play beautifully against the sweeping curves of the gown, made all the more interesting by the angle of the shot. Also, I love how the softness above leads slowly down to the clear, delicate details at the bottom of her train.
2. Anonymous - (3/27/2009 2:35:27 AM) It's a shame that the page layout of the website actually takes away from the beautiful pictures.
