4. Sam Chinigo (WPD Member & Contestant) - (8/28/2008 11:42:46 AM) I can't agree with you on the execution here Caroline. The bouquet is not very well lit and is out of focus. The bouquet should be in focus and the b&g slightly out. Actually now that I look at it more, there was some serious dodging and burning done to try and bring the foreground (bouquet) and background exposures closer together. The b&g were exposed correctly but the bouquet was underexposed. The scene just had too much DR for the exposure to handle. Some slight fill flash on the b&g would have balanced things out. Also, the angle should either be straightened out a little or even exaggerated to give the image more interest. Nice attempt ,but I feel the imagemaker could implement this concept much better the next time.
3. Anna Lee - (7/28/2008 8:46:59 PM) Bouquet in the foreground, couple kissing in the background is a common "creative" shot, but somehow you managed to take this old concept and turn it into something that looks new and fresh. Well composed - Very nice!
2. Caroline Ghetes (WPD Member & Contestant) - (7/28/2008 6:08:12 PM) I have seen this particular pose done a lot of times before but I think that you executed composition, lighting and color perfectly. Wonderful job at it!
